I believe the challenges women face as we navigate the different stages of our lives are often riffs on a common melody. We leave ourselves behind as we care for everyone else, lose our natural authenticity as we play the roles expected of us, or pursue a definition of success that leaves us unbalanced, exhausted, and ultimately unfulfilled or even unhealthy. I call all of this "Women's Stress Syndrome".

  • Digging deeper to uncover the traumatic or even ancestral roots of blocks and unhelpful patterns, and using cutting-edge tools to neutralize them so you can finally be freed to flourish!

About my Approach

Almost 30 years of experience have given me the strategies to help you tap into your capacity to rewire yourself for healing and growth. My lived experience using these methods to overcome my own health and emotional challenges have made me a true believer! I continue to be astonished by the benefits we can experience when we're able to utilize the connection between mind and body to undo the harmful impact of stress,  and in service of our most meaningful goals!

As your partner in well-being, I'll be a fierce advocate for your goals and dreams - providing support when you need it, and challenging you when we agree the time is right. I will stand by you while you process your past and travel with you as you create your future. I'll provide a safe space when you're vulnerable, and help you connect with your motivation, discover your inner strength and wisdom, overcome obstacles, let go of what doesn't work for you, and ignite your capacity to thrive!
